In this workshop, Jay Vincent Gatdula will teach participants about Sining Sawali, a fusion of painting and weaving art form. Attendees will learn techniques of painting and weaving and creating art pieces using strip of vellum boards, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of the Philippines.

Sabayang Paglikha by Odangputik

Sabayang Paglikha is a friendly sculptural competition where participants create works that embody their personal vision while engaging with the broader community of makers. Each participant will not only present their piece but will also take part in a cycle of peer critique. This exchange includes both appreciation of strengths and constructive suggestions for improvement.

Luneta Sketchwalk by Urban Sketchers Manila

Urban Sketchers Manila will be staging sketchwalks during the Luneta Art Fair weekend. Interested artists may start any time of the day, just touch base at the Urban Sketchers Manila tent. Latag/showing of works is at 4pm near the booth.

Leave-a-Mark: Stamp Art! by CSB

The Benilde Fine Arts students will conduct a live demonstration of stamp carving using rubber, focusing on a relief. LAF attendees are encouraged to create their own personalized “selfie stamps,” which they can print on postcards that will serve as unique souvenirs to take home.
